Another fantastic week, learning about the Greeks. Waaay too many things to cover in just one week, so it was truly a 'whirlwind' week, cramming in oodles of information and activities. Nonetheless, we had a blast reenacting the story of the Trojan Horse, holding the Olympics, trying a lovely Greek appetizer, wearing chitons, having a poetry presentation, and putting on a Greek drama of the story of Ariadne, Theseus, and the Minotaur. Though the Greeks did not share our Christian faith, they were amazing storytellers, and even within their stories you can find many elements of the Truth.
